		<description>Jay, I agree that getting an email list together is instrumental in marketing yourself these days.  However generating your own list of leads is very time consuming and will not yield results very quickly when you are just starting out.  There are sites where you can buy a bankruptcy mailing list of consumers who have opted in.  This may not be ideal, but these consumers have willingly filled out their information and some of the readers here may find that solution to be more realistic for their situation.  Just another avenue... </description>
