		<description>Grant, I could not agree with you more. One piece of advice I would suggest is be careful of the company you keep.  While you can&#039;t police everyone who links to you..why should you...be careful who you consider for your links and blog roll. Their services, thoughts, ideas should support your mission as everything reflects back to you.
But most importantly content is king.  The more you &#039;speak&#039; with knowledge and relevance and stay on track with your mission, whatever that mission may be, the more you will become recognized for that knowledge  base and service.  This cannot be emphasized enough.</description>
