NeoOffice went a long way to doing this, but I have to say, it is Mac OS X's ability to seemlessly work with my Windows Small Business Server that made it all possible. The first question I get from PC attorneys is "but will it work with the other PC's in the office." You immediately know they are the victim of years of negative publicity which I am sure was propogated by Dell, HP, Microsoft, etc...
