If You Had To Do It All Again

If you woke up tomorrow and your law firm vanished, would you do it all again?

What would you change, knowing that you wouldn’t need to undo anything – that it was yet to be done?

What would you do to market your law firm?  How would you staff it?

What would your practice look like?

How would you communicate with prospects and clients?

I’m not asking you about your income, I’m asking about the way your business works on a day-to-day basis.

Who says you can’t make those changes one step at a time?  Where is it written that what is now, must always be?

It’s difficult.  It’s time-consuming.  It’s scary as all heck.

It takes courage to make those changes, knowing that you’re toying with an existing business model.

But you’ve got plenty of courage.  Without courage you’d never be here today – in business, in practice, in the flow of things.

What prevents you from using your courage to change your practice?

One of the best and most exciting things I've done is start my own firm. There are of course certain challenges to running your firm, but the sense of accomplishment is unparalleled. I would say that client contact has been one of the best parts of starting my own firm.
