This is not happening fast enough for me. Beginning in January, the attorneys that work in the Madison County area in Alabama will be able to file cases from their offices any time of the day or night. The new electronic filing system allows 24-hour service.
I have been using the electronic filing system to file bankruptcy cases in Kansas and it is great. The only court system I know of in Kansas that is using electronic filing is Shawnee County and its limit civil division.
Come on Kansas Supreme Court, lets get this moving. We are in the 21st century after all.
