As cool as all that looked, and as many great applications I could think of for it in my own life, the thought that jumped out at me the loudest was "No more sitting in a chair all day! Yeah!"

Jeff Han, the asian gentleman in the video, is renowned for his work on multi touch interfaces, and it far precedes any announced products by Apple or Microsoft.
The systems Perceptive Pixel (Jeff's company) creates are currently designed for high end clients, and they are willing the pay the price for the abilities the system provides them.

Is it just me or does it look like a good workout too?
Neat stuff, but I'm not sure that Apple gets credit for that! (How much stock do you have in Apple anyways!?)
