I use BestCase because it matches the bankruptcy petition and the program is customizable to a degree. I use it to track everything that I need, take notes, prepare basic forms and file electronically. I have used other programs, but BestCase is the best.

Thanks for the feedback, Mitch. User experience is important in these programs, and it will be interesting to see the level of overall satisfaction the market has with the existing players.

Best Case is way too expensive though. They've raised their maintenance costs since being acquired by the new company.

buying new software and have found West's chapter 7 – 13 to be the cheapest and includes all chapters – what is your experience with the program ?

  4. JayFleischman says:

My personal experience that that West's Chapter 7..13 is a horrible program. Originally developed as a DOS program by a company called Specialty Software, the system was elegant and wonderful to use. When West bought the program they failed to innovate, bloated the system, and forced it into a Windows program without proper coding. It's slow, buggy, and feature-poor overall in my opinion.
