I do not think I am ready to use such a service. I can see the overall utility of it, but the phone message things does not intrigue me much. What I would like to see is the existing Rocket Matter Suite as I know it, combined with the functionality and tools of Basecamp. Then you have a complete office management tool in which your file is online, your billing is online, your communication between those with whom you collaborate are getting everything.
