I hadn't heard about this. Thank you so much for letting us know.One of the most important things about marketing your practice is establishing and promoting your brand image. You need to be aware of anything that may affect it and use it to your advantage, or at the very least keep it under control. If you don't, someone else will control it and you won't like the results.

This seems a bit scary for attorneys. I generally don't use google toolbar because I don't like toolbars in general. However, this may be a reason to do so. Thanks Jay
