My friend and fellow blogger, Jonathan G. Stein who has the California Personal Injury and Insurance Blog and The Practice was featured recently in a great article. The Sacramento Business Journal ran an article called Blogs allow legal professionals to show casual sides.
Once the domain of pundits and diarists, the blogosphere now is drawing a growing number of attorneys, such as Stein, a personal injury lawyer in Elk Grove. Attorneys are using blogs as marketing and networking tools and to put complicated legal information into language clients can understand.
Kevin O’Keefe of lexBlog was also quoted a lot in the article. If there is one person that has taken the lawyer blog to the front, it is Kevin O’Keefe. And you get a very professional blog when you have them do the blog. Which you can see from my practice blog, the Kansas Family Law Blog.
Take a look at the article. Not only is this great PR for Jonathan. It also just goes to show that blogging is great for a law firm. And even a solo/home office lawyer can be famous. Way to go Jonathan.
