I was just checking out Rocket Matter and noticed on the Fla. Division of Corporations website that Rocket Matter LLC has been administratively dissolved for failure to file an annual report. THis makes me wonder about the company, which says on its website that "In our case, we are private company with the good fortune to have strong financial backing". Any comment?
