On the Blog Business World blog today is a great post about using links on your blog. This is one way bloggers can generate traffic to their own blogs. Use links on your blog to other bloggers post and it will in turn drive traffic to your own blog. Usually, bloggers are very good about providing links to each other. This in my humble opinion is what makes blogging work as well as it does.

Great content leads to more links. Lots of links means high search engine rankings. While you are in a linking mood, it's a good idea to link to your favourite blog as a service to your regular readership. Links pay off, in a big way.
