		<description>It&#039;s all a question of &quot;training&quot; your clients.  If you tell them that they get one bite at the apple they&#039;re likely to think twice unless it&#039;s a genuine emergency.  I was hesitant to implement this strategy but it works extremely well. </description>

I don&#039;t blame them - who&#039;s to define &quot;emergency?&quot;   I give my paralegals a cell phone and give the clients that number.  Our clients like the idea of having a &quot;back door&quot; number and I don&#039;t end up with requests that can better be handled by a paralegal or assistant.We are starting to use Google Voice - which offers a great deal of functionality. </description>
